Hi guys,
Don't you get irritated when Youtube buffers like a tortoise?
It's even worse when you have a good Internet connection and Youtube alone still sucks in speed.
Well, this is a guide that can be followed to make your Youtube experience better by avoiding buffer and making windows use your internet connection to it's full potential.
How does it work?
Steps:
- Click the Start button, type “cmd”, and right click the icon to ‘Run As Administrator’
- You will likely see a UAC prompt, hit “Yes”
- The command prompt window will open, this is where you will type in the commands to set your firewall rules.
- Enter the following command and hit Enter. If it works, you should see a big “OK”.
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="YOUTUBE" dir=in action=block remoteip=173.194.55.0/24,206.111.0.0/16 enable=yes
netsh advfirewall firewall delete rule name="YOUTUBE"
Enjoy ! :)
